ABOUT US
Alaska - a place with as many travel opportunities as people who visit it. When you join us as a Guest Service Host, you will be the one to make these opportunities a reality for our guests. You will inform our guests about every detail of their stay in your location. You will organize our guests' arrivals and departures. You will fulfill our guests' special needs, from arranging specific hotel rooms to alternate transportation. You will educate our guests about available optional tours and scheduled tour programs. Finally, you will be part of a team effort to provide seamless, 5-star customer service. Join us in metropolitan Anchorage, picturesque Denali National Park, historic Fairbanks, or charming Skagway as a Guest Service Host and have the summer of a lifetime.
 WAGES & BONUSES
Wages range from $9.25 - $10.00 an hour, depending on experience and location.

Year-end bonus for up to 7% of gross wages (depending on position). After two consecutive contract seasons of 400 hours or more, you (and a guest) qualify for a free, space available Holland America cruise anywhere our ships sail for up to 14 days!

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age.
- U.S. Citizen or able to legally work in the U.S.
- Must enjoy working with all types of people.
- Must have at least one year of customer service experience.
- Must be able to commit to a minimum 100-day season.
- Must be able to perform a wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks.
