2009 Excursion - Gold Fields Jeep Tour
Get behind the wheel of a Jeep Wrangler® 4x4 for a tour of the Klondike Goldfields. You’ll follow your guide for approximately 60 miles along the Upper Bonanza Creek Road and the Hunker Creek Road. Wind through rugged valleys and climb 4, 048 feet to the top of King Solomon Dome and enjoy the expansive views. During your tour (with the help of two-way radios), your guide will teach you about the history of the area, and you’ll see where modern-day prospectors are staking their claims.

Minimum age for drivers on this tour is 25 years of age and they must have a valid drivers license.  Up to four people may be in the jeep at one time, exclusive use of the vehicle by your party is not guaranteed. However, there will be ample opportunity to switch drivers so everyone gets a chance to drive that wants to.  Start date of tour will be dependent on local road conditions.
