2010 Excursion - Chatanika Gold Camp ATV Tour with Dinner
Venture outside of Fairbanks to enjoy a hearty dinner at Chatanika Gold Camp. Then, after a short safety briefing, get ready for your ATV tour. This 2.5 hour ride follows a mining trail that early miners used to access the surrounding gold fields. The trail goes up a ridge line surrounded by birch and spruce trees then opens up to view the distant mountains and valleys. You will travel up to 15 miles on dirt and gravel trails. Transfers to and from your hotel and all riding gear is included.

Guests wishing to drive will be required to provide, at time of tour, a valid driver's license. No guest under 16 years of age will be permitted to drive. It is recommended that guests dress in layers. During inclement weather rain gear will be provided (if needed). Helmets, eye and hand protection are provided for each guest. This tour requires no previous experience and can be enjoyed by all. This tour will operate regardless of weather.
