2010 Excursion - Arctic Circle Air Adventure
Approximately 4.75 hours. From Fairbanks, fly north and wonder at the vast and remote land below. Your flight traverses past and present gold fields, the Trans-Alaska Pipeline, the mighty Yukon River and the Arctic Circle. Experience the rugged and magnificent Brooks Range as the flight route passes just south of Gates of the Arctic National Park. Land north of the Arctic Circle at a wilderness community along the Middle Fork of the Koyukuk River. Receive an official Arctic Circle Adventure Certificate and learn the fascinating story of the surrounding wilderness. Under age of five must have own car seat.
